The Academy is the gateway into First AI, designed to identify, develop and prepare the next generation of AI professionals to work with organisations implementing AI at scale.
Over six intensive weeks, participants gain practical experience in AI adoption, consulting and agent development, developing the technical capability and client-facing skills needed to deliver real business impact.
A Launchpad for a Career in Enterprise AI
The First AI GenAI Academy is more than a training programme – it is our primary recruitment pathway into First AI.
We are looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to build careers in:
- AI Adoption
- Enterprise AI Consulting
- AI Agent Engineering
Successful participants who demonstrate the required capability throughout the Academy may be offered the opportunity to join First AI as an AI Adoption Manager, with further opportunities to specialise in AI Agent Engineering as they progress.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. Our previous Academy cohorts have included AI and Machine Learning graduates alongside professionals transitioning from careers in education, law and other industries.
How the Recruitment Process Works
Applications are made through our Graduate AI Business Consultant vacancy via the First AI website.
The recruitment process includes:
- Application submission
- First-stage interview
- Candidate assessment using our structured evaluation criteria
- Final interview with First AI leadership
- Successful candidates receive an invitation to join the Academy and secure their place by signing the First AI Academy Participation Agreement.
The Academy is free to attend, although it is an unpaid training programme.
