Over recent months, members of the First AI team have successfully completed a wide range of Microsoft certifications and Applied Skills assessments, expanding their knowledge across Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI ecosystem. These achievements span areas including Microsoft Copilot, AI transformation, Azure AI, Power Platform, automation, security and AI agent development.
The qualifications earned reflect the broad range of capabilities needed to support organisations as AI moves from experimentation into day-to-day business operations. Team members have achieved certifications including Microsoft AI Transformation Leader, AI Agent Builder Associate, AI Business Professional, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals and Power Platform Fundamentals. Alongside these, colleagues have completed Applied Skills credentials focused on building AI agents, developing solutions with Microsoft Foundry, automating processes with Power Automate and preparing organisations for Microsoft 365 Copilot through effective security and compliance practices.
What's particularly encouraging is the diversity of the learning taking place across the business. From adoption specialists and client strategists through to engineers and solution experts, our team continues to invest in developing both strategic and technical expertise. This allows us to support clients across the full AI journey, from defining an AI roadmap and establishing governance to deploying Copilot, developing agents and driving long-term adoption.
