First AI GenAI Academy Cohort 4 Kicks Off
The latest cohort of the First AI GenAI Academy has officially begun, marking another milestone in our mission to develop the next generation of enterprise AI talent.
A diverse and high-calibre cohort
Cohort 4 brings together an exceptionally strong group of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds; including MSc graduates in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, former teachers, and qualified lawyers.
While their experience differs, they share one clear ambition: a drive to make AI work in the real world and deliver meaningful impact inside organisations.
This diversity is a core strength of the programme, reflecting the reality of enterprise AI adoption, where success depends on both technical capability and strong communication, teaching, and problem-solving skills.

Over the next six weeks, participants will complete an intensive, practical training programme designed to prepare them for real-world enterprise deployment.
They will be:
Learning how to implement AI solutions in enterprise environments
Working on real-world business use cases
Developing the skills needed to turn AI capability into measurable business impact
The programme is designed not only to teach AI, but to develop professionals who can apply it effectively inside organisations from day one.
Culminating in The AI Talent Showcase
The cohort journey culminates in The AI Talent Showcase. This is a live demonstration of enterprise AI in action, where Academy graduates showcase how they solve real business challenges using AI tools, workflows, and agent-based solutions.
The Showcase brings together clients, partners, and industry leaders to see firsthand:
- How AI is being embedded into real business environments
- The quality and capability of First AI Academy graduates
- Practical demonstrations by our talented AI graduates delivering AI solutions to business challenges and workflow pain points.
It represents the final stage of the Academy, where learning becomes application, and talent becomes deployment-ready capability.
