Our GenAI Academy is how we recruit, train and deploy the next generation of AI Adoption Managers to deploy into enterprises working with our clients . It is both a development programme and a performance-based selection process.
Graduates who complete the Academy and meet our standard join First AI as AI Adoption Managers, working directly with organisations to embed AI into real business workflows.
For those who want to go deeper technically, there is a progression pathway after 2 years to specialise in Agent Development and become an AI Agent Engineer.
Our Programmes
AI Agent Engineer
Design and deploy intelligent AI agents and automation workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Automate.
AI Adoption Manager
Lead AI strategy and implementation in organisations, helping teams integrate AI tools and transform workflows.
Who We Look For
We recruit high-potential individuals with commercial awareness.
Essential
- 2:1 degree or equivalent (any discipline)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Clear interest in AI and emerging technology
- Interest in client-facing consulting work
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments
- Willingness to work across UK locations if required
Bonus
- Internship or experience in enterprise settings
- Independent experimentation with AI tools
- Exposure to consulting, business or technology environments
We welcome candidates on post-study visas and may consider sponsorship after two years, subject to eligibility and business needs.
