This is a client-facing consulting role operating at the intersection of business, technology and organisational change.
AI Adoption Managers are responsible for ensuring AI tools - particularly Microsoft Copilot, are implemented effectively and embedded sustainably within enterprise organisations.

- Drive behavioural change and sustained adoption
- Translate AI capability into measurable business outcomes
They operate at the intersection of business transformation and technology.
What You Will Do
As an AI Adoption Manager, you will:
Work directly with enterprise clients deploying Microsoft Copilot
Identify and scope high-impact AI use cases across business functions
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and executive briefings
Translate operational challenges into practical AI-enabled workflows
Prototype solutions using Copilot Studio and related tools
Support behaviour change and sustained adoption
Measure and communicate AI-driven business impact
This is not a purely technical engineering role. It is a high-responsibility consulting position focused on measurable business outcomes.
